Our return policy allows for a 21-day window after receiving your item to initiate a return request.

To be eligible for a return, the item must remain in its original condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. It should be unused and unworn. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted. Under this policy, you will be responsible for covering the postage costs associated with the return. For items valued over $79, we recommend considering a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item.

Damages and issues: Upon receiving your order, we kindly request you inspect it thoroughly. If you discover any defects, or damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. Our team will assess the situation and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items: Certain items are not eligible for a return, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: For a prompt resolution and to ensure you receive the desired item, we recommend contacting our customer service to discuss available options. Alternatively, you may begin the return process. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or disapproval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
